The Domaine Robert Roth in Soultz gets a recognition for two consecutive months in La Revue du Vin de France (October and November 2025): our creation TRIAS Brut Nature 2019 rated 91/100 and our domain cited among the best stages of the Route des Vins of Alsace. N°695 – November 2025 : TRIAS Brut Nature 2019 rated 91/100

November 2025 (No. 695) The Revue du Vin de France devotes a special dossier to the development of cremants. Our creation TRIAS Brut Nature 2019 the remarkable note of 91/100, confirming the exceptional quality of our Alsatian bubbles and is among the 150 best cremants in France according to the magazine.

For those who don't know him yet, this cremant comes from a Pinot Noir assembly (70%) and Riesling (30%) much more confidential quantity that our iconic Brut de Grès. Le TRIAS 2019 first patient a season in semi-maids and on lees before a monthly filtration-free draw of July 2020. Degorged in small series of 300 bottles from August 2024 with a five-year slat farming, it is not dosed i.e. without any added liqueur which makes it a « Gross Nature ».

The riesling... Although a minority, he expresses all his aromatic and class in the nose. In the palate the black pinot brings its flesh and vinosity. A lovely marriage that offers us a remarkable cremant. Aerial to enjoy it fully.

N°694 – October 2025 : Best stage of the Route des Vins of Alsace

In October the magazine focuses on the reputation of the Alsace wine route and highlights the quality of winemakers' welcome: availability, generosity and the desire for pedagogy are all compliments made by the team of this specialized press.

To the south at the end of this oldest and most famous wine route of the French vineyard where we are next to dear colleagues and winemakers of the Guebwiller region.

For four generations, we have opened the doors of our estate to wine lovers and to the curious, for tastings of our local wines in organic farming in a warm and authentic atmosphere. We are happy to receive on our farm and share our time with all visitors who will push our door.

In the village of Soultz, close to Guebwiller, is this area certified in organic, which we will notice for the beautiful qualitative progress of its wines, under the impulse of the young generation, Victor and Charlotte Roth, who strives to enhance the expression of the species. Here we will find a very good black pinot Mittelbourg 2022, quite firm, juicy and frank, and gewurztramin the cuvée Orschwillerbourg 2022, mellow but toned and precise. In riesling, opt for the cuvée Ocnothèque 2014, deliciously evolved, and the unknown Grand Cru Ollwiller 2022, ample, spicy and salivating.

Et vous avez su faire la fête !

Parce que nos Portes Ouvertes ne se résument pas à la dégustation, la fête était elle aussi au rendez-vous.

Le beau temps nous a accompagnés pendant le week-end et nous a permis de profiter pleinement des extérieurs du domaine. Tartes flambées, food truck, musique, jeux, glaces… il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Notre bar à vin a lui aussi bien tourné, accompagné cette année de cocktails élaborés à partir de produits du domaine. De quoi découvrir notre univers autrement et prolonger un peu la dégustation !

Et lorsque la soirée du samedi est arrivée, vous avez clairement su mettre l’ambiance. Entre le concert en plein air et le DJ Set, la première journée s’est prolongée jusque dans la soirée comme on les aime : simplement, autour d’un verre, de musique et de beaucoup de monde.
