Créole evening at Domaine Robert Roth : 4th edition of our theme evening
Many of you asked us if a new edition was on the program... Here she is! After the success of previous years, we put the cover in a warm guinguette atmosphere: garlands, friendly tables and live music.
Want to escape without leaving Alsace? The Robert Roth Estate joins The Islands Case (cooker with meeting flavours) for a new edition of his long-awaited theme evening! Surrender Friday 3 July 2026 from 7 p.m. for a gourmet trip to the heart of the islands, in music with The Songs of Olive.
The menu – a trip in six stops
Inspired by previous years, the evening will be rhythmic in several stages to enjoy dishes and associated wines.
Between acras de Morue, mango tartare and other inescapable rougail the evening is an exhilarating, tasty and ALWAYS friendly announcement.
THE FORM COMPRESSES:
5 salty stages accompanied by a wine from the domain with each dish
1 sugary steps consisting of several small sweets and hot drink.
- Crispy assortment : Cod acra, vegetable samousas and tuna samousas
- Gamba brochette – perfumed with cUmbhavewa, vandrine dhavechhaverds Of vegetables
- Chicken brochette – myrine et ananas, salade of lenteres and phavedorthiss rôtIes
- Mango tartar – verrine avec havevochavet et crèwe de Coco
- Rugail Sausage – shaveucisse fumee of la Reunion, rice and rorghavehe pepper (byt)
- Dessert: FrrRines: panhave cotta Coco/passion, shavelade of fresh fruit exotique and mignhavesays of patshower/chocolat
